Our Mission

 Educating for Equity (E4E) is a team of BTCS employees and one student liaison whose mission is to create a safe and inclusive environment that allows every student and staff member to fully realize their individual potential.

 

Our Values

  • Recruit, hire, and retain diverse teachers, staff, and administrators.
  • Increase community engagement and parental involvement.
  • Increase student engagement and learning opportunities to emphasize the value and importance of the participation of diverse students in all curricular and extracurricular activities to achieve success.
