COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

The Sullivan County Regional Health Department will be administering second doses of COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 12 years of age and older at Tennessee High School. See below for more info:

10 a.m.-1 p.m.

No appointment is needed. This clinic is primarily for second doses of the Pfizer vaccine (ages 12 years and older) and administration of the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine (ages 18 and older). However, first doses of Pfizer will be available if you would like to follow-up at the health department for a second dose. Vaccines are available at the Kingsport and Blountville locations Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The second dose of the Pfizer vaccine must be administered at least 21 days after the first dose.

Those receiving the first dose of the vaccine should complete the consent form prior to arrival at the clinic site. Children ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For more information and to print the consent forms, go to https://www.sullivanhealth.org/vaccines.

Consent forms will be available on-site if needed.
