MENTAL HEALTH TIP OF THE MONTH

MAY:

Summer can help with mental health through the sunshine. The increased sun exposure boosts Vitamin D levels and can even improve mood! Spending time in the sun can also help your body produce more melatonin (sleep hormone) at night, allowing you to sleep better and generally feel better. Be sure to apply the appropriate amount of sunscreen, and have some family fun outdoors during the summer break!
